How do I return an item?
We hope that you will be happy with all items you receive from ourselves, however if you are not and would like to return any items please email us at to arrange a return. Return postage paid by customer unless item is faulty.

How long will it take to process my order?
We aim to ship all orders placed before 8pm the following business day. Any orders placed after this time and during busy times this may take an extra day,
If you choose express signed for delivery we will post the following working day.
